SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship all of our items absolutely FREE. You won’t have to pay for delivery.
We accept Shopify Payments, we also work with Visa and MasterCard.

We’re using ePacket delivery service which can be tracked via 17track.net.
We will send you an e-mail with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Order processing takes 1-7 business days before shipment.

USA & Canada delivery takes 10-25 days.
EU and other countries delivery takes 14-25 days.

Some orders may take more time to deliver due to the global Coronavirus outbreak.
We kindly suggest you wait in patience.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFO

If you’ve ordered more than one item, your order may be split into separate packages due to the safety of your items. In this case, you will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel we’ve shipped.

We are not responsible for any custom fees applicable by some countries. If you’ve mistaken with some shipping information or, perhaps, want to cancel your order, then please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. Once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes or arrange an instant refund. Check our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.

If a Post Service has lost your package, which is an extremely rare case, 
please send us an e-mail to oh.jeweler@gmail.com so we could send you delivery files to build a lost package report.
